Baluardo Boutique Apartments was born from the desire to offer an exclusive retreat for
adults and families, where luxury meets unspoiled nature and impeccable service. Our
mission is to create unforgettable stays filled with relaxation, beauty, and authentic
experiences — in one of Italy’s most enchanting settings.
A Natural Amphitheatre
on the Lake
The Estate stretches across a unique 10-hectare area — a private promontory offering a
breathtaking perspective over Lake Iseo and the majestic Montisola. Every corner of the
property is designed to celebrate this stunning view, offering glimpses that stay etched in
your heart.
A True Oasis of Peace
and Privacy
Fully fenced and secure, the Estate ensures absolute privacy and silence. Its proximity and
direct border with the Lamette Nature Reserve amplify the feeling of being immersed in a
world apart — a haven where nature reigns and tranquility is the true luxury.
The Perfect Balance
Between Secluded Escape and Accessibility
Despite its secluded atmosphere, the vibrant heart of Iseo is easily reachable with a pleasant
walk or bike ride. This strategic closeness allows guests to enjoy the Estate’s peacefulness
without giving up the convenience of exploring the town, its shops, and restaurants — all in a
sustainable way.
